Freedman is an international marketing outsourcing company. They deliver marketing, production and distribution services to clients where in-house departments struggle to deliver. When we met them they had a common problem: they had a great product but no real idea how to communicate it effectively.

When we were asked to design their website, they had just finished a year long process with another brand agency to define their promise, core messages and vision. They had a new visual identity too, waiting to be implemented. So, time was of the essence.

However, it became immediately clear that the work completed lacked clarity and direction, so we didn't start with website design but with brand positioning.

After interviewing their key staff, partners and clients we identified ‘efficiency’ as their core promise. They deliver services far more efficiently than their client’s in-house departments, saving them time and money as a result. This is a strong promise which, once proven and explained, almost sells itself.

We communicated ‘efficiency’ through all touch points with the brand - tagline, imagery, words and visuals.

We designed a new corporate identity and corporate communications material including online banner campaigns, signage, stationery and of course we delivered what we were originally asked to do, a new website.

The entire project took us 7 weeks from start to finish.
